WWE is changing in a big way, and it’s been that way over the past year, it seems. The power exchange from Vince McMahon to Triple H and back to Mr. McMahon once again left everyone in a whirlwind, and you never know what will happen next. As it turns out, McMahon missed SmackDown after running chaotic RAW, and his presence was not dearly missed.

Vince McMahon showed up on the RAW after WrestleMania, and he did a lot. He certainly got “in the weeds,” even after he promised not to. He switched up the show in a big way, even during the broadcast. In fact, you can click here to check out Seth Rollins possibly getting orders to change his segment during the commercial break.

Sean Sapp of Fightful reported behind their paywall that the backstage morale was way better for SmackDown this week. A big reason for that is because Vince McMahon wasn’t around.

The morale was significantly improved Friday without Vince McMahon, but a lot of it is a “we’ll see what happens” approach.

Vince McMahon did make some alterations to SmackDown, but they were over a call earlier in the day, and they were also very minor. McMahon didn’t change anything major this time around for SmackDown, especially during the show.

We’ll have to see if Vince McMahon shows up on RAW once again next week. It is possible that he was only so hands-on because it was WrestleMania RAW. Either way, it was certainly a sign that Vince McMahon can show up and take the show over whenever he wants.

What’s your take on Vince McMahon coming back to WWE? Do you want to see him back? Sound off in the comments!
