Vince McMahon is back in WWE, and that has already upset a lot of people backstage. Superstars’ matches were cut from the RAW after WrestleMania, and those creative changes were being made into the show.

Sean Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that Vince McMahon also made the call for Brock Lesnar to team with Cody Rhodes, and subsequently turn on him, on Monday morning. This was apparently another late change.
There were backstage elements, including Cody talking on a phone, and an lWo-Bad Bunny integration that were also changed, but we’re not sure if those were Vince McMahon changes. The decision for Brock Lesnar to “team” with Cody Rhodes was solidified by Monday morning.
WWE is going through a big change when it comes to their corporate structure. They are still moving into their new headquarters in Stamford, but only time will tell who makes that move with WWE. Things might be changing, but it’s back to Vince McMahon’s booking as usual on creative.
