As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Cody Rhodes interrupted Roman Reigns to demand a rematch for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. After being refused a world title match, he ended up getting a tag team match.

Surprisingly enough, Brock Lesnar appeared and became Cody Rhodes’ tag team partner. Things seemed all well and good for Cody Rhodes, but that did not last long at all.

Before the match started, Brock Lesnar turned heel on The American Nightmare and utterly destroyed him before the bell could ring. Naturally, fans were utterly shocked at this outcome for a multitude of reasons.

Among those shocked was Stephen Amell, who took to Twitter and stated that WWE had ruined his life on two consecutive nights, after what happened to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39 and Monday Night RAW.

“I’d like to thank the @wwe for ruining my life on two consecutive nights.”

We will have to wait and see whether Brock Lesnar will be engaged in a long-term feud with Cody Rhodes on Monday Night RAW. Regardless, fans are certainly invested in what will happen next.
