Charlotte Flair defended her Smackdown Women’s Championship against Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 39 Night One. There was a lot of anticipation for the match, as both competitors have proved their worth in the ring.

Rhea Ripley defeated Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship in what was an incredible match-up at WrestleMania 39. The Eradicator avenged her loss to Flair from WrestleMania 36 as well, a loss that went down in front of zero live fans at the WWE Performance Center.

Following the conclusion of the SmackDown Women’s Title match, Charlotte Flair took to Twitter and commented on her loss. While Flair was not happy with her loss, she took it in stride and was glad Rhea Ripley was the one who defeated her.

The match ended up becoming the highlight of WrestleMania 39 and is a testament to how good both competitors are inside the squared circle. We will have to wait and see how Rhea Ripley will be booked as the champion in the coming weeks.
