WWE has a lot of intellectual properties that they can bring back at the drop of a hat. It seems that they ordered a few LWO t-shirts this week, and they put them to good use. After the stable was brought back during SmackDown this week, fans could have a lot of questions.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke about WWE bringing back the LWO. He explained some of the reasons for this new faction, and why they decided to pull the trigger during the go-home SmackDown before WrestleMania.

“It’s LA, and it’s WrestleMania and it’s fans that follow this thing the closest, and they pushed that it’s Eddie Guerrero’s legacy. Plus, people love the factions. Also, big, big babyface Latino faction helps.”

WWE’s goal is also to use Rey Mysterio to help get Legado Del Fantasma over. We’ll have to see how that pans out.

It was also noted that the original incarnation of the LWO did not have the same luck. Obviously, WWE is hoping that their revamped version will do better.

With Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio’s feud with each other expected to carry on after WrestleMania, an LWO vs Judgment Day battle could also be on the horizon. Only time will tell what kind of match they book to blow off that feud.

What’s your take on WWE bringing back the LWO? Do you like the new stable? Sound off in the comments!
