Ronda Rousey returned to WWE during last year’s Royal Rumble event, ending her near three-year hiatus. Although she won two championships upon her return, her reigns were not particularly noteworthy. She also had a long feud with Liv Morgan last year, and now it seems Rousey dragged WWE creative over it.

In the summer of 2022, WWE fans had to deal with Liv Morgan and Ronda Rousey’s feud. The feud between these two fierce competitors was sparked when Morgan emerged victorious in the women’s Money in the Bank Ladder match. And, as if that wasn’t enough, she cashed in the briefcase the same night to become the new SmackDown Women’s Champion, dethroning Rousey in the process.

The feud between Ronda Rousey and Liv Morgan spanned over three months. For the most part, the feud ended up disappointing fans due to the lack of cohesion and proper matches.

However, as Ronda Rousey reflected on their feud while promoting the latest episode of her ‘Ronda on the Road’ YouTube series on Instagram, she couldn’t help but wonder what could have been if they weren’t held back by a group of individuals that she referred to as “octogenarians”.

Imagine what our @yaonlylivvonce feud could have been if we weren’t hamstrung by a bunch of octogenarians who still think they know how to be hip while putting a total of 5 minutes of thought a week into each women’s storyline…

Rousey and Morgan are going to be in the WrestleMania 39 Showcase tag match. Rousey is partnering up with Shayna Baszler and Morgan is tagging with Raquel Rodriguez. We’ll have to see who will come out on top in the match.
