Why Brock Lesnar vs Omos Is Happening At WrestleMania 39

Brock Lesnar has been standout talent in the world of pro wrestling, and combat sports, for many years now. The Beast Incarnate has proven himself to be a box-office attraction for WWE, and many superstars have tried to make a name for themselves at the expense of Lesnar. However, that has been cited as the reason for his upcoming match against Omos at WrestleMania 39 by WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle.

Brock Lesnar has been featured in marquee matches for the last few years at WrestleMania. Moreover, the Beast proved his worth each time and delivered amazing performances at the Show of Shows.

Brock Lesnar will battle the Nigerian Giant, Omos, at WrestleMania 39. Of course, this decision was panned by fans. The colossal WWESuperstar has been managed by MVP for quite some time now and is slated for one of his biggest matches on the Grandest Stage of them all.

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle believes that Brock Lesnar is facing Omos to cement his place as a top star. Moreover, a match and a potential victory against Lesnar would elevate Omos’s career in WWE.

The Nigerian Giant is only starting his career, while The Beast Incarnate is already winding up his, therefore this could be The Beast Incarnate’s way of giving back to the organization, according to the Olympian Gold Medalist. Kurt Angle elaborated on the same while speaking on his podcast, The Kurt Angle Show. 

“Well, I think it’s a great idea. You have to remember Brock [Lesnar] is near the end of his career, and Omos is near the beginning of his career. Brock’s always been in these main event matches with all the top guys. I think now he’s at the point in his career where he has to start giving back and not being at these top-level matches for World Championships but trying to build other talent, and I think it’s a great idea.”

Brock Lesnar and Omos will come face to face with each other in the upcoming March 13, 2023, edition of RAW. This will be their first encounter since their match was made official on MVP’s VIP Lounge segment last week.
