WWE Superstars often receive opportunities to branch out and try their hand at other sports and forms of entertainment. MMA and boxing is also a possibility, and it looks like a real chance could be on the table for Dana Brooke.

Dana Brooke learned the craft of pro wrestling, but she might not stop there. It seems that she is open to try out her luck in a boxing ring someday.

Sean Sapp recently spoke to Dana Brooke for an interview, where she opened up a bit about the possibility of taking a leap into the boxing world. In notes posted behind Fightful’s paywall, the former WWE 24/7 Champion, who is dating MMA fighter Uly Diaz, has already trained in MMA as well. That being said, she’s beefing up her game with some jiu-jitsu, and boxing is also on her list.

Dana is engaged to MMA Fighter Uly Diaz, who has found great success. She’d told me years ago that she’d done a little MMA training. In talking with her, she said that she does a lot of jiu-jitsu training now, but boxing is on her bucket list. She tries to incorporate it into her training each week and has considered taking a boxing fight “soon.”

We also spoke to Dana about the 24/7 Title, and she admitted she was brokenhearted about the title going away, saying she put her heart and soul into it. She said that she made a lot of pitches for the 24/7 Title that didn’t happen. Specifically, she said that she pitched for the 24/7 Title to become a Women’s Intercontinental Title.

Dana Brooke hasn’t seen the best luck in the ring since her WWE 24/7 Title ended. That title was trashed after she lost it, something Nikki Cross did as total heel. Brooke might not have done a lot in the ring with that title, but she was involved in plenty of backstage segments.

Only time will tell if Dana Brooke makes a transition into the boxing ring from the pro wrestling world. She is pretty determined, so odds are Dana Brooke will get it done if she puts her mind to it.
