Ahmed Johnson was one of the most popular pro wrestlers in the company during 90s. He was also the first-ever African American to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship. That being said, there have been rumors that his triceps were implants, and he decided to shut down such rumors recently.

In 1995, Johnson made his debut in the Stamford-based company and spent close to three years as a prominent competitor. During his time there, he achieved a significant milestone by winning the Intercontinental Championship. Nevertheless, he parted ways with Vince McMahon’s promotion in 1998.

In recent years, several of Johnson’s former colleagues have alleged that some of his muscles were implants, with WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross being among them.

While speaking with Pouding The Meat Podcast, Ahmed Johnson that his triceps were implants. Johnson made it clear that those rumors were completely unfounded and ridiculous.

Ahmed Johnson and WWE’s relationship ended on very bad terms. He also had a falling out with Vince McMahon back in 1998 Johnson even previously claimed that Vince McMahon told him he would never be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. Therefore, it seems McMahon stayed true to his words.
