Montez Ford Reacts To HHH’s Endorsement For His Elimination Chamber Performance

WWE Elimination Chamber, the final significant stop before WrestleMania 39, is now officially in the books, and WWE superstars are eagerly anticipating their trip to the glittering lights of Hollywood the next month. Amazing moments and matches occurred during the chamber event, one of which was produced by Street Profits member Montez Ford, who recently reacted to an endorsement by WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H.

Last night’s Men’s Elimination Chamber saw Austin Theory successfully defend the WWE United States Championship. He faced up against five other challengers in the strenuous, physical struggle for the belt that included the captivating Montez Ford.

In his debut Elimination Chamber Match, Montez Ford put on performance fit for a star. He was among the three remaining participants in the chamber match. Montez repeatedly hit Topes during the battle and also dove from the top of the chamber construction.

Furthermore, Triple H had all the praise for the competitors in the match. Although he forgot to mention his name during the Elimination Chamber press conference, Triple H made sure to let everyone know on Twitter that he thought highly of the Street Profits team member.

“Missed mentioning at the press conference… But @MontezFordWWE is a STAR. #WWEChamber.”

Later, Montez Ford would thank everyone for their support on his own Instagram account. He reflected on getting to compete in his first major event as a singles player on Instagram and felt grateful for the opportunity.

“I didn’t succeed last night in winning the “U.S. Championship,” but YOU ALL didn’t fail on me. Thank you to all the WWE Universe, my family, friends, colleagues, & all the support heading into Elimination Chamber last night.

I prayed I gave you something(s)to remember in spite of my shortcomings.
