WWE talent and crew are at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT, for the upcoming edition of Friday Night SmackDown. As always, fans are expecting Triple H and his time to deliver big time on the latest edition of the blue brand.

Tonight’s edition of WWE SmackDown features a solid line-up with the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship up for grabs. Also set for this week is a fatal-four way number one contender’s match-up for the Intercontinental Championship.

A card of this importance calls for greater manpower behind the scenes, but that doesn’t seem to be the case this week. Sean Sapp is reporting from behind Fightful’s paywall that WWE is not relying on many producers for tonight’s show.

WWE is seemingly running with fewer producers than usual based on the assignments tonight.

This is certainly an interesting piece of information to come out of the company ahead of the show. We’ll have to see how things will play out on Friday Night SmackDown in Connecticut tonight.
