WWE saw the return of one of its top-tier talent at the end of last year, Charlotte Flair. The Queen came back to television programming after a lengthy hiatus and recaptured the SmackDown Women’s championship. However, it is safe to say that a lot has changed since the time Flair was absent. She recently spoke about those changes and the potential sale of WWE.

The changes started with Vince McMahon announcing his retirement from WWE back in July 2022, amidst hush money scandals and sexual allegations. With Vince gone, new management led by Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan came to power, and Triple H led the charge as the new Head of Creative.

However, these changes did not last long as Vince McMahon unexpectedly came out of his retirement recently and was reinstated into the WWE Board of Directors as the Executive Chairman.

Moreover, this led to Stephanie McMahon resigning from her position as WWE Chairwoman and co-CEO, along with major changes in management positions. Furthermore, Vince McMahon has returned to primarily pursue the sale of his global giant, according to multiple reports.

While the speculations run wild backstage about the sale of WWE, Charlotte Flair doesn’t seem concerned about it. The Queen gave her opinion on the potential sale and new behind-the-scenes changes in management during an interview with The New York Post.

“As a performer, it’s just my job to go to work, show up, do my best and make creative proud and entertain the fans,” she said. “So I really don’t think about it. And two, if say a sale was to happen, that takes months, so I don’t actively think about it. That doesn’t change what I do or what I have done.”

Charlotte Flair has been perceived as one of the marquee attractions by every higher-up in WWE. So it does not look like any change in management or creative power would affect her position as a top star in the long run in WWE.
