A few hours before his passing, Jay Briscoe’s official Twitter account tweeted out a much happier post. Jay and Mark Briscoe posed for a photo as Jay showed off his hat, and it was apparently new, if the caption was an indication of things.

Brian James commented on Jay Briscoe’s photo to say, “You made the ‘D’ look like a “13” but I dig it!” That tweet was sent out prior to the news breaking of Jay Briscoe’s passing. Shortly afterward, plenty more commented on this photo of Dem Boys to pay their respects.

Velvet Sky commented on the tweet to put down praying hands emojis, and DC Hendrix replied with crying faces. Obviously, this loss hit the pro wrestling world hard.
