WWE Books Tyler Bate’s Return & More For NXT Next Week

Tyler Bates WWE resume speaks for itself. The Big Strong Boi captured the NXT UK Championship when was just 19 years old. Bate also holds the distinction of being the first and last NXT UK Champion. He is set for a return next week.

WWE hyped up Tyler Bate’s return to NXT during New Year’s Evil tonight. The vignette showed Tyler walking past flashes of his accomplishments in WWE, and ended with him announcing his return to NXT next week.

Plus, Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams will team up against Apollo Crews and Axiom. The match was booked after Apollo and Axiom appeared together in a segment during New Year’s Evil tonight.

Gallus will take on Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen next Tuesday on NXT as well. Wolfgang and Mark Coffey returned from suspension during NXT this week. They earned a future shot at NXT Tag Team Champions The New Day by winning a gauntlet match.
