Andrade El Idolo debuted in AEW in 2021 following an uninspired run on the WWE main roster. Unfortunately, his run in AEW turned out to be a disappointment following a lot of questionable booking decisions. He has been absent from AEW television due to injury and just recently dropped a cryptic goodbye message. Now it seems Idolo plans to tell his whole story very soon.

It was recently revealed that Andrade had suffered an injury and had to undergo surgery. Andrade El Idolo ended up tearing his pectoral muscle during a trios tag team match on House of The Dragon special edition of AEW Dynamite back in August last year.

Andrade El Idolo even bragged about finishing the match despite being injured. However, numerous reports have suggested that the Mexican star has been unhappy in AEW for quite a while now, and there seems to be a lot of truth to those reports.

Andrade El Idolo recently dropped a very cryptic message where he simply said goodbye with photo of his mask. Idolo then took to Twitter and replied to a thread featuring Conrad Thompson, where Idolo made it clear that he wants to tell history in the future.

someday I will be with you in the podcasts and I will talk about everything….Sueña Interesante!

By the looks of it, Andrade El Idolo might just be leaving Tony Khan’s company and going back to WWE, as Triple H is now in charge of Creative. In the end, Idolo’s failed AEW run will always disappoint fans and that is unlikely to ever change.
