Jonathan Gresham became one of the best things about ROH over the past two years. He eventually became the ROH World Champion right before the company went on hiatus. After a long break from pro wrestling, it seems Gresham is back in Impact Wrestling.

Gresham previously dropped the ROH World Title to Claudio Castagnoli at ROH Death Before Dishonor. However, it doesn’t seem that he is going right back to Tony Khan’s ROH company after all.

Impact Wrestling taped upcoming episodes of their show in Pembroke Pines, Florida, on December 9th. During the taping, Jonathan Gresham returned to the company. He last competed for the company on the April 14th episode of Impact, where he beat Rocky Romero.

Gresham eventually requested his release from ROH after Tony Khan’s acquisition. We will have to wait and see what Gresham will do in Impact Wrestling, now that he will be a regular fixture there.
