2022 has not been kind to WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash. With the loss of his best friend Scott Hall in January and his son Tristen passing away early in the fall, no man deserved multiple tragedies. Now, Nash asked fans for help regarding his late son’s goal.

Nash sent out a tweet on his Twitter account to his followers for help in making the YouTube account for his Kliq This podcast to reach 100,000 subscribers in honor of Tristen. According to Nash, Tristen wanted to earn that many followers, so he could get a plaque from YouTube and put it next to his urn.

I never ask for anything. But I’m asking anyone that is willing to subscribe to my podcast “Kliq This”. My son passed away 6 weeks ago and wanted 100k subscribers so he could get a plaque from YouTube. I want to put it next to his urn. Thank you

A couple of hours later on Saturday night, the Kliq This podcast reached over 100,000 subscribers, and the page had 84,000 followers earlier in the day. AEW CEO & President Tony Khan even subscribed to the podcast. Khan tweeted everyone should subscribe and gave his condolences to Nash as well.

I subscribed, so should everyone else. Very sorry for your loss.

When that goal was reached, Nash did follow up with a tweet to thank all the fans for following and reaching the goal in honor of Tristen. Despite the rough year, making 100,000 subscribers made him feel touched.

I can’t thank you enough. I love you all. I know he watched this. You made my year not sting so much. It will be apart of his life. You’ve brought a beat down man to tears. Again with all my heart THANK YOU!!

Despite the terrible tragedy Nash experienced, it’s nice that fans did something so small to help the big guy out. The pro wrestling community is passionate and willing to help when a situation is brought to their attention.

Did the fans do a good job for Nash? Sound off in the comments!
