Chris Jericho is credited as one of the longest tenured legends in the wrestling business. The Ucho has been competing for nearly thirty years and continues to go strong even today. However, Jericho recently revealed a hilarious incident involving himself and WWE Hall of Famer, The Undertaker.

Chris Jericho left WWE in 2018 for rival promotion AEW, becoming the first major superstar to sign with the upstart company during its formation in 2019. The Ayatollah of Rock n Rolla has since then been centerpiece of Tony Khan’s revolutionary promotion that became the first major competitor to WWE since WCW back in the 1990s.

The current Ring of Honor World Champion has maintained good relations with his past work place and its superstars. Chris Jericho recently recalled a funny incident from 2005 when WWE toured in Japan to tape episodes for RAW and SmackDown. Jericho revealed that he tried convincing the Phenom, The Undertaker, to plant a kiss on his lips one night on the trip. He detailed about the incident in his book, “Undisputed: How to Become the World Champion in 1,372 Easy Steps.”

Because we were taping both shows in Tokyo, it was a rare tour that boasted both the RAW and Smackdown! rosters. The whole crew had gone out to Roppongi the night before and gotten totally shmammered. I don’t remember much about the whole evening, except for the fact that I spent a good portion of it trying to convince The Undertaker to let me kiss him on the lips. There was no way the Fonz was going to allow that to happen, but he did let me kiss him on the cheek, so it wasn’t a total wash,”

The Undertaker interrupted a scheduled tag team match between The Basham Brothers and Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns, attacking Jindrak on SmackDown while the former Le Champion battled the Rabid Wolverine Chris Benoit in a one-on-one showdown on RAW.
