Ric Flair is regarded as one of the all-time greats in pro wrestling. The Nature Boy also loves teasing fans when it comes to his future in pro wrestling, one way or the other. However, it seems he won’t be appearing during the Royal Rumble next year.
The Royal Rumble 2023 is set to take place on January 28th from the Alamodome in San Antonio Texas. It will kickstart the Road To WrestleMania 39 and fans are very excited about it.
Ric Flair recently stated that he will be appearing at next year’s Royal Rumble premium live event. While speaking on his To Be The Man podcast, Ric Flair clarified his previous comments and revealed that he won’t actually be at the Rumble.
“I am going to San Antonio to sign autographs separately, on the day of the Rumble. I was not invited to the Rumble.”
Ric Flair was last seen on WWE television where he was involved in a romantic storyline with Lacey Evans, but that ended abruptly after Evans became pregnant. Regardless, we wonder whether Flair will ever return to WWE television, as his Rumble appearance may not happen now.
