Dominik Mysterio did the unthinkable and turned heel by attacking Edge and then his father Rey Mysterio, shocking everyone in attendance at Clash At The Castle. He even attacked his father on Thanksgiving and finally explained the reason behind his actions.

Since then, Dominik has been feuding with Rey Mysterio and ultimately drove his father off of Monday Night RAW. In fact, Dominik Mysterio attacked his father during Thanksgiving as well, as he beat him up at their house.

While speaking on the November 30th episode of WWE’s The Bump, Dominik Mysterio talked about him attacking Mysterio. Dominik stated that he attacked his father because he put his Christmas tree up too soon.

“Because he had his Christian’s tree up before November was over. Honestly, he doesn’t deserve to just be living peacefully, you know. I had to live with his shadow my whole life, so I’m hoping to cast a big shadow over him and just keep torturing him as much as I can.

It was great. We went in there, trying to be nice, trying to be civil. We were hoping that we could have a nice little family get together and just have Thanksgiving together, enjoy it.

But Rey once again shut the door on Dominik. He disrespected myself and Dominik by closing that door, so I wasn’t having it. Then of course, he called me a name, and Dominik snapped. I mean, that’s what happens when you’re a bad influence in front of the children at the table. He’s trying to take the spotlight for himself, and we’re not gonna stand for it.”

Finn Balor also believes Dominik Mysterio will become huge star in WWE. We will have to wait and see whether Mysterio will end up becoming a huge deal in WWE somewhere down the line or not.
