AJ Ferrari was considered one of the top prospects in WWE’s NIL program. Many believed he would have become a huge star in WWE, but that will no longer be the case. In fact, Ferrari will stand trial for the sexual battery charge made against him.

Ferrari was accused of sexual assault by police in Stillwater, Oklahoma, after an investigation stemming from a July 2nd incident. AJ was kicked off the Oklahoma State wrestling squad as a result of the allegation.

A warrant for Ferrari’s arrest was placed on August 3rd, he posted a bail of $25,000 on August 4, and then pleaded not guilty on August 11th. According to a report by KOKH FOX 25, a judge has declared there is “probable cause to believe that a crime was committed and that the defendant committed the crime”.

Ferrari is now set to appear in court for a trial on December 6th. Ferrari was dismissed from the Oklahoma State University wrestling team on July 14th after the allegations first came to light. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story right here at Ringside News.
