Jey Uso is one-half of the Undisputed World Tag Team Champions in WWE and remains one of the mainstays of WWE television.  Jey was not at one hundred percent during The Usos’ title defense against The Brawling Brutes at the Crown Jewel. In fact, Uso also worked Survivor Series with a damaged hand. He also ended up working RAW this week with a broken hand.

Jey Uso was part of the WarGames match at Survivor Series, where he had the winning pin on Kevin Owens. It was reported that Jey Uso might have suffered an injury during the match as well.

While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that Jey Uso actually broke his hand and ended up competing against Kevin Owens despite that.

Remember a month ago, Jey had a broken wrist and he’s working on it. On the PPV they said it actually wasn’t broken, they thought it was. It wasn’t like they were making it up as a storyline, they might have been some ligament damage. So this week, Jey thought, he comes out and says he thought he had a broken hand and his hand was taped out. He said ‘I think I broke my hand for real.’ So he probably really did (break his hand), so he worked that great match with a broken hand.

We will have to wait and see whether Jey Uso will be able to recover soon or not. Regardless, he can still compete at a high level and that’s all that matters right now.
