The Elite were forced to vacate the AEW World Trios Tag Team Championship following their brawl with CM Punk and Ace Steel at All Out. Tonight, their return was finally confirmed.

Death Triangle successfully defended the trios title against Darius Martin, Dante Martin and AR Fox during Dynamite tonight. PAC cut a promo after the match and issued a challenge for The Elite.

The cameras turned to the big screen and AEW confirmed that Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks will return at Full Gear to take on Rey Fenix, Penta and Pac for the AEW World Trios Tag Team Championship.

AEW first teased The Elite’s return at Full Gear last week on Dynamite. The promo clip showed the clock and the cogs for Full Gear, with Omega and The Bucks suddenly appearing in front of the PPV poster.

It remains to be seen if The Elite will reclaim the titles they never lost in the first place. Check out the match confirmation here:
