Tonight will see the first WWE Smackdown show after the WWE Crown Jewel premium live event. Tonight is a special night as we will get to see how the World Cup tournament that has been teased for so long will play out.

After the success of the World Cup tournament at the first WWE Crown Jewel premium live event back in 2018, WWE has considered World Cup tournaments involving each brand for long time now. It appears that they are going through with this idea, but we have no idea what the winner will get yet.
Smackdown was chosen as the first brand to test the waters with a World Cup tournament. It remains to be seen what WWE has planned out for it’s Smackdown World Cup. To get the latest news, stay tuned in to Ringside News.
