In Saraya’s wrestling career, the neck injury caused her big setback. However, her recent deal with AEW garnered her a lot of attention. Saraya recently disclosed that she got full clearance on Halloween and now can begin playing one match every month.

Saraya said she has been given the go-ahead by her doctors to return to the ring. She then demanded a fight at AEW Full Gear with Britt Baker. Saraya retired from wrestling in December 2017 due to a neck injury. Since then, she hasn’t competed. Prior to her injury in December 2017, she missed a year and a half of action from June 2016 to December 2017 due to a neck issue.

Saraya recently disclosed to Renee Paquette that she has received approval for an in-ring return on Halloween.

“Halloween, I went to the doctor in California, one of the best around… He sat there, we went through [the CT and MRI scans], and he went, ‘You’re cleared.’ I burst into tears,”

“Yeah, Halloween is when I got the full clearance. I called my parents and cried my eyes out.”

Saraya went on to ask how often she can wrestle, and she was told to limit her in-ring activity to one match per month at first. Only time will tell how long it takes for that number to grow.

Finally, the time has come, and Saraya is very happy about her return to action. Keep checking Ringside News for more developments.
