Sami Zayn has worked hard in WWE for well over 8 years now, and he is now a very important part of the company as an Honorary Uce in the Bloodline. His stock continues to rise even now as praised rolls in from unexpected directions. In fact, he was shocked by Jim Cornette declaring him as his favorite part of WWE programming. That called for a bit of a confused response.

For many fans, Sami Zayn’s current character became the best thing about Friday Night Smackdown as well. In fact, even Jim Cornette was won over by Zayn’s antics. In the midst of praising Zayn, Cornette also discovered that the Underdog from the Underground blocked him on Twitter.

Let me tell you something. I never thought that I would say this. But I think now Sami Zayn is my favorite person to watch on television. El Generico certainly wasn’t, but Sami Zayn is incredible. And this whole thing with The Bloodline and The Usos and Ucees.

Cornette also praised Zayn on his Jim Cornette Experience podcast as he said, “Oh, I’ve been feeling Ucey. Let me tell you something. I never thought that I would say this. But I think now Sami Zayn is my favorite person to watch on television. El Generico certainly wasn’t, but Sami Zayn is incredible.”

The Honorary Uce took to Twitter and reacted to Jim Cornette giving him props. Zayn made it clear that he couldn’t believe it, given his sometimes turbulent history with Jim Cornette.

my…dawg?”.

We will have to wait and see what WWE has planned for Sami Zayn. It is evident things are looking up for him. He will also have the WWE Universe chanting “ucey” in his direction for the time being as well. Jim Cornette will also likely be watching at home and enjoying every moment of it.
