With WWE Crown Jewel right around the corner, WWE held a press conference before the event. One of the marquee matches of the night is the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Logan Paul. However, they weren’t the most in-demand superstar at the press conference.
During the press conference for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match, fans started chanting for Sami Zayn. This made an irritated Roman Reigns grab the microphone and tell fans that they don’t deserve Sami for the way they’ve been acting.
The clip of the incident has gone viral on social media, and Sami Zayn certainly noticed. He fired off a short tweet to sum up his reaction.
“ICE COLD MY DAWG.”
The “we want Sami” chants come as Zayn was absent from the press conference because he didn’t go to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel due to his religious background. This has clearly upset fans who were expecting the Honorary Uce to show up, but Saudi Arabia is obviously still banning Zayn, because of his Syrian descent.
