WWE had a real issue on their hands when Sasha Banks and Naomi decided to walk out on the company rather than follow through with Vince McMahon’s booking.

Banks and Naomi wanted more focus on their team, but that wasn’t in McMahon’s short-term plan at all. Now with Triple H in control of the company’s creative direction, rumors of The Boss’ return are churning in the Internet Wrestling Community. The same is not true internally.

Sasha Banks appeared at the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever premiere alongside The New Day. She was also spotted with her WWE crew in Mexico. That being said, we still haven’t heard Michael Cole declare, “It’s Boss Time!” in months.

Ringside News asked around about Sasha Banks’ return to the company, and we were told that her name hasn’t been mentioned in a creative sense. A tenured member of the creative team confirmed that they “have heard nothing about Sasha.”

We were also told that Triple H is doing things his own way when it comes to bringing in new talent. We were told that “other things are discussed with only the people who need to know.”

A source further explained that Triple H “plays these things differently than Vince did,” and we are seeing the result of that system change on a weekly basis. Only time will tell if Sasha Banks surprises us all with a WWE return, but she is certainly staying busy in the meantime.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
