Kayla Braxton is often known for speaking her mind, whether it’s on television or engaging with fans online. She is known to fire back at people who try to troll her as well. However, she now seems to have sustained a mysterious injury.

Kayla Braxton recently took to her Instagram Stories to shed light on her wild Las Vegan night. She shared a selfie that showed a mysterious head injury. Ringside News made sure to screenshot her story and shared it on their Instagram page. She captioned her original Instagram story with a little explanation of what fans are seeing.

“Little souvenir I got in Vegas. Don’t ask me how. Your guess is as good as mine.”

This kind of interesting social media post is nothing new for Kayla Braxton. Just recently, Kayla Braxton took to Twitter to narrate an incident that took place with her Uber driver who said her get out of the car because she didn’t say “hi.”
