Chris Jericho Likes Tweet Blasting CM Punk

CM Punk returned to pro wrestling during AEW Rampage: The First Dance last year. Since then Punk had solid matches and feuds with the likes of Eddie Kingston and MJF. He even won the AEW World Title twice, but things simply haven’t been going well for him for quite some time now.

The AEW All Out media scrum ended in chaos after CM Punk went on a scathing rant on Colt Cabana, Hangman Page, and The Young Bucks, verbally obliterating them in the process.

Punk was then involved in a backstage brawl where he fought with The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega. As previously reported, AEW has suspended everyone involved in the brawl. A lot of people backstage are now against Punk.

A fan recently took to Twitter and blasted CM Punk, largely due to his behaviour in AEW. Chris Jericho ended up liking the tweet, implying that he agrees with the fan as well.

Imagine that you’re CM Punk. You’ve had one of the most triumphant comebacks ever in the history of wrestling. You’ve been promoted as the star you never got to be in WWE. And within a year, you completely ostracize yourself, becoming so toxic that you’re not worth having around.

The AEW locker room also wants CM Punk to make amends before returning. We will have to wait and see if Punk does return or not.
