Tammy Lynn Sytch somehow always found herself in trouble with the law for one reason or another. The WWE Hall of Famer continues to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. She also got her wish recently when it comes to delaying her trial.

As previously reported, Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

This led to her getting arrested as it was determined that the wreck was her fault, and that was just the start of it. Steven deLaroche, who was representing her, requested to withdraw from the case. She then found herself requesting a public defender in her case, because she is broke.

It was reported that Tammy was trying to delay the case. According to PW Insider, Sytch’s pre-trial hearing has now been delayed to 8th December of this year.

Tammy Sytch’s scheduled pre-trial hearing this Thursday 10/13 in the criminal case against her in Florida has been pushed back to Thursday 12/8, PWInsider.com has confirmed.  Sytch’s attorney requested and was granted the delay for reasons unknown.

Court records indicate that depositions of four police officers involved in Sytch’s case are still scheduled for 11/15.

That case is currently making its way through Florida courts, and there have been no major updates to the court records for that lawsuit. Ringside News will monitor updates on Sytch’s ongoing legal issues heading to trial.
