Elias returned as his younger brother, Ezekiel, during the Raw after WrestleMania 38 and immediately entered into a feud with Kevin Owens. Triple H took over the company’s creative direction and immediately scrapped the storyline. Now, Elias is returning with his original gimmick.

WWE announced during Raw tonight that Elias will be returning to the red brand next week. The Drifter has been absent from TV ever since he was kayfabe injured by Kevin Owens during a previous episode of Raw. KO powerbombed Zeke on the apron to put him out of the storyline.

We’ll have to see what is in store for Elias, because his beard couldn’t have fully grown back by now.

As previously reported, WWE removed Ezekiel from their internal roster following the injury angle. Elias will be back on Raw next week and that has surely got the fans excited. Check out the card announced (so far) for Raw next week below.
