Logan Paul returned to WWE this year at WrestleMania 38, where he and The Miz teamed up to square off against Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Paul would help his team win the match, but got betrayed by The Miz shortly after the match.

Paul then came back and squared off against The Miz at WWE SummerSlam, in a surprisingly solid bout where Paul showed off some impressive moves. He made it clear that he takes pro wrestling seriously.

While speaking on his Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul explained how he studies both Brock Lesnar and John Cena in order to become a better professional wrestler.

“I’m having trouble with it. It is hard. I feel I’m trying to learn those things. I’m watching guys like you [Roman Reigns], I’m watching Brock (Lesnar), a lot of John Cena, Stone Cold, doing my research and trying to get as versed as I can in this industry, but it is hard. I don’t have the luxury of time on my side. I’m here. I watched a video of John Cena watching an old match of his and it’s really interesting now, in hindsight, that he has the knowledge that he has, to critique his performance. It was his first performance ever. He was just watching the crowd, he was barely watching the moves, the physicality. It’s all about the crowd. I just came to the realization, I think WWE is harder than boxing. It’s a mental torment to consider the crowd, the moves, everything all at once. It’s absurd.”
