As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Danielson took on Chris Jericho in the semi-finals of the AEW World Title tournament. In the end, Danielson won after a solid contest.

After Bryan Danielson’s win, the other tournament finalist Jon Moxley came out and confronted Danielson. After the show went off the air, Danielson took his time to go to the back, as the crowd showered him with praise.

Danielson stopped by the AEW world title that was at the ringside. He picked up the championship belt to a huge pop from the crowd. He went back to the locker room while selling his injury. We’ll have to see how he will fare against Moxley next week at AEW Grand Slam.
