AEW Books ROH World Title Match & More For Rampage This Week

Ring of Honor matches will be featured on Dynamite and Rampage until Tony Khan gets television deal. The September 9th, 2022, edition of Rampage will feature an ROH World Championship defense as well. Matches for Friday’s show were announced during Dynamite tonight.

It was announced during Dynamite this week that ROH World Champion Claudio Castagnoli will put his title on the line against FTR’s Cash Wheeler in the main event of Rampage this week. The Swiss Superman’s last successful title defense came against Dustin Rhodes.

Plus, Sammy Guevara and Darby Allin will go against each other in the second round of Grand Slam Tournament of Champions this Friday on Rampage. The winner of the match will square off against former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley on Dynamite next week. Check out the card for Rampage below.
