Thunder Rosa relinquished the AEW Women’s World Championship due to injury and that shocked fans. Tony Khan booked a fatal four-way match to determine the Interim Women’s World Champion at All Out.

Toni Storm, Hikaru Shida, Britt Baker, and Jamie Hayter partook in the fatal four-way match for the Women’s World Championship. Toni Storm won the match after pinning Jamie Hayter.

As previously noted, Thunder Rosa was originally supposed to drop the AEW Women’s World Championship to Toni Storm at All Out, but her injury forced Tony Khan to come up with a new match.

Khan received lot of criticism for the way he booked Thunder Rosa’s injury on TV as well. Rosa is expected to challenge for the title when she comes back. We’ll have to wait and see when that happens.
