AEW has brought a lot of former WWE Superstars into the company. Vince McMahon’s former company released a lot of people over the past couple of years, and one mainstay in NXT who didn’t do much on the main roster finally made his AEW debut.

No Way Jose was most known for his energetic entrance before his matches on NXT. The Dominican Republic superstar created a party-like atmosphere by dancing towards the ring along with other unknown dancers. He was ultimately released by WWE a couple of years ago as part of the pandemic budget cuts.

According to F4Wonline, during the latest set of AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, some surprising names made their debut during the tapings. This includes former WWE NXT Tag Team Champion Westin Blake and No Way Jose.

Blake was released in April 2021. Since then, he was worked several times for the Control Your Narrative promotion, as well as other promotions. Blake lost to Daniel Garcia in his match.

Jose was released in May 2020 and then competed in Impact Wrestling last year. He debuted as Levis Valenzuela, teaming up with Vary Morales in the penultimate match of the tapings. They lost the match against the Iron Savages, who used to be known as Bear Country.
