Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn Share Touching Moment After WWE SmackDown Goes Off The Air

Kevin Owens has worked hard to establish himself as one of the highlights of WWE television since debuting in NXT back in 2014. He has won numerous titles over the years, including the Universal Championship back in 2016. SmackDown was in Montreal this week, and those fans got to see quite a moment after the show.

Sami Zayn had a solid night during this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. However, what followed after the show went off the air might have been even better.

After the show went off the air, Kevin Owens and Matt Riddle made their way to the ring. Owens and Zayn hugged each other in the ring as the crowd cheered for the wholesome interaction.

Riddle tried to get in on the action but they shoved him away. Owens then said that he is proud of Sami Zayn and hailed Zayn as the reason why he is in WWE. Owens also said he is happy to see his friend get the credit he deserves.

Zayn received a huge pop during this week’s show as well. Owens also made it clear he wants to win the WWE Tag Team Titles with Zayn in the future. We’ll have to see if that will happen or not.
