Kenny Omega is making his return to pro wrestling in one of the “worst kept secrets” going today. It seems that he will team with the Young Bucks to take on the AEW Trios Tag Team Tournament.

According to Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, Kenny Omega stayed out of the public eye on purpose. He was also heavily involved in the AEW: Fight Forever video game in the process.

We’re told that Kenny Omega consciously avoided the public eye for much of the time he was sidelined. He was also integral on the development of the AEW Fight Forever video game, with one person who worked on the game telling us that his input was “crucial.”

Kenny Omega has been out of action since last November due to an injury. There were a lot of issues that needed to be fixed up, but he will soon make his return to AEW television.
