Swerve Strickland was a top star in Triple H’s version of NXT. Strickland won the NXT North American Championship and even formed Hit Row alongside Top Dolla, Ashante “Thee” Adonis and B-Fab. The group got released before they could showcase their potential on the main roster.

Top Dolla, Adonis and B-Fab made their return to WWE during SmackDown this week. The trio arrived for Dolla and Adonis’ tag team match against local enhancement talent. A fan tweeted that WWE should get back Swerve who’s ‘wasting away’ in AEW.

Swerve responded by tweeting a picture of the current champions in AEW. The picture in question shows AEW World Champion CM Punk, Interim World Champion Jon Moxley, AEW Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa, TNT Champion Wardlow, TBS Champion Jade Cargill, AEW World Tag Team Champion Swerve In Our Glory, and All-Atlantic Champion PAC.

Strickland and Keith Lee won the AEW World Tag Team Championship at Fyter Fest. Swerve In Our Glory defeated The Young Bucks and Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs in a triple-threat match.
