Rick Boogs is one of the most versatile WWE superstars. While he is obviously blessed with the body of a Greek god, he balances that with an energetic and fun disposition. Boogs has been away from WWE programming ever since his WrestleMania 38 match.

Boogs and Shinsuke Nakamura went toe-to-toe with The Usos. While the latter won the match, Boogs ended up with an injury that made significantly more headlines than The Usos winning.

The WWE superstar was said to be out of commission for many months. However, it seems his return might be much sooner than fans presume it to be. Boogs took to Twitter and shared a clip of himself back in his natural habitat; hitting the gym with the weights. He looked incredible, which means that he’s going to come back even better.

Boogs went through torn quadriceps injury during his match against The Usos. He tried to execute a fireman’s carry and tried to lift both Jimmy and Jey Uso. However, he couldn’t sustain the position on his shoulders and ended up with the injury. He’s been keeping his fans updated throughout his recovery.
