Bryan Danielson’s accolades as a professional wrestler certainly need no introduction, as they proved to be one of the best in the business. He reached the top of the mountain in WWE back in 2014 and had a solid run at the top. Danielson was also trying to get fired while on Talking Smack.

Danielson retired from in-ring competition a few years ago due to concussions and kept himself busy in other ways in WWE. This included him speaking on Talking Smack. While speaking on The Sessions with Renee Paquette, Danielson claimed that he was trying to get fired by WWE by saying words he should not have.

“A little bit of a nightmare for me. I enjoyed it in the sense of sometimes I was trying to get fired, so bringing up fisting on Talking Smack…

Please don’t talk about James Ellsworth having a huge hog, and I’d just bring it up constantly because I was so frustrated at not being cleared to wrestle that I was ready to go. Sometimes they’d bring me to TV just to do Talking Smack.”

Bryan Danielson recently lost to Daniel Garcia after some help from Jake Hager. We will have to wait and see how he will be booked in the coming weeks for everyone involved.
