WWE Still Has SummerSlam Plans For Matt Riddle

WWE had to change things around in a big way when Riddle was “injured.” Of course, he’s not really hurt, but that gave WWE a chance to nix his match against Rollins. Despite that, Matt Riddle will be in Nashville for SummerSlam.

Rollins is expected to be part of SummerSlam as well. Now it appears that Riddle won’t be left out of the biggest party of the summer either.

PW Insider reported that Riddle is set to be in Nashville for some kind of a SummerSlam segment. It wasn’t clear exactly what he’s doing, but the Original Bro will be a part of the show.

PWInsider.com is told that Riddle will be appearing on tonight’s show for at least an interview or promo, so one would think there will be some sort of angle coming to further the Seth Rollins storyline.

We’ll have to see what Riddle does for SummerSlam. There’s no way to tell since Triple H is in control of creative now.
