WWE announced earlier this month that it would be holding tryouts in Nashville as part of SummerSlam weekend. Triple H and other talents such as Big E will eye the next potential superstars. One name that many WWE hopefuls have seen so far is Paul Heyman.

In a clip released on WWE Recruits’ Twitter, Paul Heyman is seen giving a bit of pep talk to the new recruits. Heyman wants the WWE hopefuls to sell themselves whenever they interact with higher-ups in the company.

If only one person gets a job here, is anybody going to go home and cry for everyone else in this room? No. You all want the job. You all want to be hired. You all want to sell yourselves.

We’ll have to see who gets a contract out of the deal. Only time will tell who will main event WrestleMania in the future.

WWE has now focused their attention on signing collegiate athletes. While the approach is to find the next cross-over star, it remains to be seen whether the approach will work in the long run.
