AEW President Tony Khan is very passionate about pro wrestling and that is indisputable. However, Khan has the tendency of saying some very bizarre things that land him in trouble with the public eye. He was also blasted for his recent comments about Vince McMahon.

Vince McMahon shocked the pro wrestling after announcing that he retired from WWE. Tony Khan decided to comment on the matter, as he said how proud he is to be the “longest-tenured CEO in Pro Wrestling.

While speaking to The Jim Cornette Experience, Jim Cornette blasted Tony Khan for his childish comments about Vince McMahon. He also gave Khan a reality check in a huge way.

“But Tony can’t help but being of adolescent kid about this s*it. Of all the things he could have said, that just comes off so stupid and childish.

I’m sorry Tony, but when you can brag about being a CEO 40 years or whatever, then that’s something to brag about. But just because the other guy quit running and there’s nobody else in the race doesn’t really make you goddamn a f**king superstar.”

Tony Khan also explained his controversial tweet, which he believed was factual. The AEW President will remain focused on his own product and try to improve AEW as well. We’ll have to see what AEW has planned next for fans.
