Sasha Banks emerged as one of the top stars in WWE thanks to her in-ring ability and undeniable charisma. The Boss and her tag team partner Naomi recently walked out on the company after expressing displeasure at the way they were being used as Women’s Tag Team Champions. While Banks and Naomi may no longer be listed on WWE’s internal rosters, the company still wants to know what fans think of her.

WWE introduced its Fan Council program in 2012. They periodically send out surveys to ask fans what they think about the current product. Another one reached members’ inboxes today, and it had a curious addition.

In one section of the survey, fans were asked to rate various WWE superstars. There was nothing out of the ordinary, except for two entries. Sasha Banks and Naomi were both among those that fans were asked to rank.

After her walkout, Sasha Banks and Naomi were suspended without pay by WWE. There were various reports that she had been released by the company, although Ringside News exclusively reported that Sasha’s attorneys were working with WWE on her release. She was recently removed from the company’s internal rosters.

It is very interesting to see that WWE included Sasha Banks in the latest fan survey. They’ve done everything they could to erase her presence, otherwise. Banks and Naomi were removed from WWE’s online shop and traces of them were hidden everywhere.

Of course, the WWE Fan Council is handled through a third-party marketing vendor. The most likely explanation is that the company didn’t get the memo on the situation. Still, it was interesting to see both of them included, especially at this point.
