Mandy Rose Never Thought She Would Beat Charlotte Flair’s Reign As NXT Women’s Champion

Mandy Rose has certainly grown a lot in her years in WWE as fans have seen her take part in several storylines. Rose’s biggest change came after she came to NXT 2,0. as she truly became an entirely different person. She also commented on surpassing Charlotte Flair as the NXT Women’s Champion.

Fans were used to seeing Mandy Rose as a blonde bombshell. They never believed Rosa could ever wrestle, let alone solid character work. Rose proved all her doubters wrong by becoming the NXT Women’s Champion.

The Toxic Attraction leader has been the champion for 260 days more and counting. While speaking on WWE’s The Bump. Mandy Rose stated that she is having fun in XT after surpassing Charlotte Flair’s reign.

“I thought about it yesterday when I was sitting, getting ready for my match and I was like, ‘Wow, who would’ve thought Mandy Rose passed Charlotte Flair’s NXT reign?’ I feel like, I go back and think about the times, you know, my times on RAW and SmackDown but I have to say, I’m having the most fun I’ve ever had in NXT. You know, obviously not only because I’m the champ but for many other reasons. You know, helping the other women out here, kind of giving back a little bit too. Obviously, I’m the veteran here.”

Mandy Rose also recently reached huge milestone in WWE. She also retained her title against Roxanne Perez on this week’s NXT. We’ll have to see how long she will continue his reign at the top of the mountain.
