Roxanne Perez was jumped in the parking lot on NXT 2.0 this week just as the show started. The NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament winner was supposedly taken out of her big title match against Mandy Rose. She turned up for the big match anyway, and fought the odds, but then she lost in a very unexpected way.

The breakout star squared off against the face of Toxic Attraction for the NXT Women’s Championship in the main event of NXT 2.0. Perez was looking to pick up the win, but then Cora Jade turned on her. She hit Perez with the NXT Women’s Tag Team Title belt in the closing moments of the match.

Rose won the match after hitting Perez with a running knee. This didn’t happen without Cora Jade’s assistance. As Toxic Attraction left the ring, Jade hit Perez with her skateboard and continued with the assault till the show went off the air.
