NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne put their titles on the line against Cora Jade and breakout star Roxanne Perez. Team 2001 earned the title shot by defeating Katana Chance and Kayden Carter.

NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose tried to interfere during the title match, but the referee stopped her in her tracks. Team 2001 won the match after Perez pinned Dolin after hitting her with her finisher.

Toxic Attraction had been the NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions for the last 90 days. The duo had successfully defended the titles against different opponents, but ultimately lost them tonight.

This marks the first title runs for Perez and Jade under WWE’s umbrella. We’ll have to see what’s next, but Toxic Attraction wasn’t happy about this.
