Jeff Hardy is a true veteran in the pro wrestling world and no matter what, fans will always support him. However, Jeff Hardy’s going through a very rough time as of late. Now we have a new update for his current legal situation.

Hardy made headlines after he was arrested for driving under the influence after leaving a local Dave & Busters. It simply got worse for him after that as well. This was his third DUI arrest in a decade as well.

According to publicly available court records, Jeff Hardy has an arraignment and bond hearing scheduled in Volusia County, Florida on August 2nd. An initial hearing for Hardy was scheduled for July 5th, but it isn’t known whether it happened or not.

Jeff Hardy also pleaded not guilty in his DUI case. The plea was filed on June 28th. Tony Khan also stated that Hardy is on his last chance in AEW. We hope, for his sake and everyone else around him, Hardy properly recovers.
